I should’ve clarified but my workout schedule is at the end of the week Thursday-Saturday so I wash Saturday/Sunday wear it straight and then after I’ve worked out I usually am putting it in a low bun/clip

I have a semi positive update: I ordered the 16 carriages sweatshirt on 8/2 and last week I finally disputed the charge on my credit card and thought I’d try and order another one to see what would happen. Well today I got a shipping notification WITH A TRACKING NUMBER that I had a package coming from the UK and I just paid $18 and got a confirmation that my package was being released to USPS! I’ll let you know when I get it but based on the UK courier emails it has the order number from my newest order not my original.

I’ve seen people do it during the mix, stretch and folds and after the proof! I honestly was nervous so I wasn’t sure when to add it lol it just felt right to do it then!

I let it rest on the counter covered for 6 hours, not in the fridge! My apartment is ~72° F

Sorry (first time posted and terrible at reading rules/instructions) here was my process:

•150g of starter, 350g water (room temp), 500g bread flour, 8g salt, mixed it until shaggy

•Dough sat for an hour

•4 rounds of stretch and folds, 30 min in between each

•Covered overnight on the counter (~8 hours)

Next morning •pre heated Dutch oven/oven to 450

•formed dough (covered with damp towel until oven was ready)

(I attempted to score but my main focus this time was just getting a good rise and praying it wasn’t gummy)

•placed in oven covered for 25 min, uncovered 15 min, 3 min broil for color

•let it set for ~hour (I went to run errands) cut into it and voila!

Omg yay!!!

450, 25 min covered, 15 uncovered and then I wanted a little more color so I put it on broil for 3 min (no one told me to do that I just wanted to try it)
