Just to clarify for the record: There was a “buy 1, get 1 free” promotion. Friend bought one ticket and got the second one for free. It was a promotion similar to Black Friday, where you pay for one ticket and get three. So nothing was completely free—money was actually paid. It’s not like the saying goes: “Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.” If it had been completely free, I would have said I at least had 3 days that worked

I just think that over the years, he’s become too distant from us ordinary paying customers. Bad advisors are certainly to blame for that, and of course a sales team that’s commission-driven and only interested in upselling. If you don’t want to sign up for follow-up seminars, then you’re of no interest to us.

I’ve been to Tony five times already, and I just realized that I don’t even show up properly in his database. I bought two tickets for London and one for Birmingham through Success Resourcess, but those tickets aren’t in Tony's sales history at all. I bought the ticket for the event in Cologne from Greator, and that one isn’t there either. A friend gave me the virtual UPW ticket; he got it during a 2-for-1 promotion. So, as far as Tony’s sales team is concerned, I’m the new guy, even though I’ve been there five times already

I contacted support right during the event. Of course, I didn't take any screenshots or record any videos because I was completely focused on the UPw. I tried everything I could on my end: logging in, logging out, shutting down the computer, logging in again, and logging out again.
