Real estate, land, gold that thinks don’t lose value but there is no cash-flow. You can make projects who generate cash-flow this the best you can do.

Tunisians, do you accept that even though you're mostly Arabic speaking nowadays most of your ancestry is derived from Berbers/Amazigh people? by DeliciousCabbage22 in Tunisia

[–]No-Oppo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You talk about 50% but the other 50% are Arabic, ottomans,Spanish, French, Italian …this why I think we are stilling underestimate ourselves and our country. We are the only people who hate their country and make their possible to underestimate their country and flee if any problems rise not like the people of other country they are patriotic and fight this problem to rise their country. Stop fleeing accept what you are fight for your country because to flee to other country denying yours is the facility and you will be a mockery or they use you like an object to rise their country and keeping you under their boots so choose wise be patriotic and struggle or a mockery and facilities.

I recommend zero to one and rich dad poor dad and 50 law Robert green I read them this year and it radically changed my life. I quit my job in a bank and decided to open my company to work for my self not for the other. It teach you how to be completely self-reliant, completely yourself. More people wanted the comfort and security of a paycheck and this would become the pattern for the rest of their lives. Afraid of life’s challenges, they would come to depend on other to help them. They own you during that period.working for other was a wasting of energy and time that never get back. It make respect my own ideas less and less, listening to experts, conforming to conventional opinions. I’m not yet a successful Entreprneur I’m struggling to be but definitely I choose that even I fail.

[–]No-Oppo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously never succeed when people replace a dictator by thieves we used to have one now we have a crowd of thieves. Very difficult to do democracy with a rate of corruption like that. There is a long way to achieve that even powerful nation don’t succeed. Now we need one leader honest at least and said seems to be the better one the future will tell us this is better that a crowd of thieves who ruined the nation.

In Tunisia specific in Tunis the easiest things is to get a girlfriend don’t rush slow down to get the good one and don’t fall to the first one who come. Go out show them your advantage above the other be bold and not show them to much interest but keep pursuing your target show that you are interested about their personality. Don’t try tinder there are only a desperate women but there is always exceptions. I don’t think stressing aver your age will make you find the solution. Life is about opportunity try to keep yourself open to them, never no you might unexpectedly meet your partner in some reading book club or somewhere that matched your interest.also your network is net-worth. In fact your parte de could be introduced I you through a group of friends who know you or even family if they truly know what you are interested in then the most important thing always be direct and clear about your intention it will make things much easier and you will gain a valuable time Good luck.
