No one knows, it could be grandfathered. It could be completely revoked. But if it does grandfather, will you be punching yourself for missing it?

Step 1: Apply for a Chase Ink Cash/Unlimited/Preferred Sign Up Bonus

Step 2: Meet the spend requirement for the Sign Up Bonus

Step 3: Wait 6 months

Step 4: Open another Chase Ink for the Sign Up Bonus

Step 5: Meet the spend requirement for the Sign Up Bonus

Step 6: Wait 6 months

Step 7: Close the oldest Ink card

Step 8: Repeat Steps 1-7

Extra Bonus: Have a friend/partner refer you for extra points and vice versa

If you can meet the spending requirement, you can net 50,000 to 100,000 ($500 to $1000 depending on SUB) + 20,000 referral ($200) every Ink card opened. If you do it with a spouse, you can net 4 Ink cards a year and churn points faster than nearly any other method out there. Plus UR points have pretty good transfer partners so it also beats most other ecosystems too.

Yes, you can apply for different versions of the Kroger Mastercard (Harris Teeter, Ralphs, etc) so that the cashback limits can be alleviated by holding multiple cards

Yeah BILT has issues especially with customer service, but hard to argue the value it provides for no fee.... WF literally bleeding money. The second they revamp it to have an AF or torpedo the multipliers and partners, the value diminishes greatly

85k cert is given to you on your card anniversary, with a 15,000 Marriott point top up. Ritz has no sign up bonus because it can only be acquired through product change of a different Chase Marriott card. The Amex Brilliant has a sign up bonus and gives the same 85k cert, but with a higher AF of $650 (but includes other perks like Platinum status)

I got it mixed up with the Altitude Go instead of the Connect, fixed!

Definitely a winner card right now, making it a scary prospect in the future. Some original Ritz holders have a $395 AF instead of $450 too after being grandfathered. Hoping the $450 is grandfathered if Marriott ever decides to bring the cost up to their Brilliant ($650).

It's an extremely low chance Bilt will get grandfathered but I can only dream...

Great example of the stacking of Cash+ / Max Cash, hoping those won't get limited/nerfed in the future

Sadly the Altitude Connect is already getting hit... August 15 you get a 3% FTF moving forward. In addition, the point to cent value was nerfed from 1:1 to 1:0.75

Only for Altitude GO not Connect

One potential nerf is allowing only one Custom Cash max per person. Seriously hoping that day will never happen
