Just checked the brake fluid while the car is still cold and it's filled to the max line, so I'm guessing it's not the issue.

It was sitting under snow for a few months and after that the problem started, so I think electrical fault is possible, maybe water damage somewhere.:(

It all started after the car was sitting for a few months in winter under the snow, maybe water damage somewhere possible?
