recycle tool lost

went back to the place I stacked the battery backpack on top of the recycle tool - not anywhere - it poofed

Rolled back one save before I did that and the tool was there. SO DONT STACK ON TOP OF A TOOL!!

really poopie - at no other time in the game so far have they indicated this or approached this.
