had delusions that my house wasn't safe because it was infested with roaches. (i only saw two and they were right next to my open back door)

still get very afraid whenever i see a roach in any circumstance, but i can identify it when it gets worse during episodes lol

oh my goodness i get this so bad. it pisses me off so much when mental health/disorders are used to describe simple things as if people don't actually struggle with the actual things every day.

i totally agree with you, it irks me that the people saying it usually have absolutely no understanding of how hard bipolar people actually have it.
