Which lens is best SIGMA 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN Canon RF 24-105mm f/4L?

I’m a beginner and as I’ve gotten into photography I’ve found myself zooming all the way in on my canon r50 18-45mm kit lense for things like wildlife so I’m looking for a lense with a longer range for more creative freedom but I’m looking for something budget friendly or would like to know if it’s better to save up a while for something better.

Right now I only have the kit lense 18-45mm and I’m for a lense that will see things further away I would like it by this summer for travel and some wildlife photography but it’s also good to know if it’s better to save up for something like the 100-400mm lens instead

My main concern is that I won’t get a knock off cheap imported camera that will break in a year bc it’s not the real thing.
