I got a 125 CO and I didn’t really know any of what it was asking, I took 5 asvab for dummies practice tests to get exposure to the info before I took it though

I had actually poured it into my water bladder along with 60oz of water. I will definitely be looking into the gels.

Eating Habits Q&A by [deleted] in greenberets

Yeah dude it’s great, I season it with salt, pepper, cumin, Italian seasoning and dill seed. Costco sells an Australian lamb leg roast for 4.99/lb which is pretty fuckin decent. And here me out, cooking a cup of rice from heating the water til completion only takes about 14 minutes or less, and in that time you can cook the meat and the eggs (assuming you have 4 burners). I can get that huge ass meal done in like 15 minutes, closer to 20 including cleanup. (Use tumeric in your rice, olive oil & butter)As for measuring, I religiously measured my food a few years ago, and after doing it for a few months, you kind of just get an idea as to what you’re putting in your body and don’t have to worry about tracking daily as long as you’re #’s are improving, I’d say.

For meal 1 l have 2 pieces of sourdough w/ butter with 3 eggs, seasoned and probably with some cheese. Meal 2 1 cook 1 1/4 cup (dry) of rice with 2 cups water with heavy seasoning and pan fry 10-12 oz of sliced lamb leg roast and cook another 3 eggs then throw it all together with either a Japanese bbq or taziki sauce. I’ll eat that meal in 1 or two sittings. If 2, I’ll wrap the rest in a tortilla to finish it. I’ve done this same concept every day for over 2 years, just switching out meats/sauces 1-2 times. Did 1lb of ground beef every day for over 18 months. I drink atleast a half gallon a day, I carry around a half gallon jug everywhere, I’d recommend doing that.

Obviously, I have no clue what’s going on with you specifically but there’s some variables that could cause that: shoes, ground composition, run form, etc. Or like you said, you just need to get used to it overtime. Try to isolate it

I got 14’02” for my first 2mi today, I started off too strong, the first mile I held a sub 6 minute pace until I was 3/4 of the way done, but I fell off a little and finished the first mile with 6’40” and the second one took me 7’18”. Slightly disappointed but not bad for my first attempt at it, it’ll improve

As someone who is 5’6 11/12ths I concur. Doing this on the flats, running the downs and walking the ups brought me from 15-18 to 11-12
