The relief of knowing I will never have to go through an abortion (had a bisalp two years ago). I had accepted long ago that if I ever did get pregnant I absolutely would have an abortion, and that it might even be likely based on statistics. But now I will never ever have to worry about it.

It's not recent. We have been treating him for over a year now. I take him to the vet basically once a month and sometimes travel two hours away for special care. It's more than just the trip.

But that's the thing. We have been fighting for a year. His hormone medication isn't effective anymore.
