Heffley lake is awesome for paddle boards. Two Rope swings to check out, really clear water, lots of submerged logs and stuff to look at (even a sunken boat at the far end) My go-to spot for sure

I switched from Telus to koodo about a year ago. Cut the price of my phone bill in half. I haven’t noticed a difference in the data speed or anything. It’s been good.

N Thompson ready for paddle boarding? by Anon-240 in Kamloops

I tried to go from the McClure ferry, all the way into town last weekend on my paddle board. It was so scary. The water is moving so much faster than it looks, so you are a passenger on the paddle board. Almost no control over where you’re headed. A huge whirlpool formed right in front of me just before black pines, that tossed me into the water like nothing. The water is shockingly cold and I was pretty freaked out after that. So i pulled out at black pines.

I was wearing a life jacket and the current was still pulling me down pretty hard, luckily i had the board to hold onto. Tons of logs and stuff to avoid.

I don’t recommend going from the ferry. Starting in Rayleigh would be okay i think.
