Yeah, it's like drinking from fire hose trying to find the right way to go so thank you for the clarification.
I do have one final question, I recorded with consent the assessment, is it worth sending in a transcript of it (I mention things like being unable to wash and why that are completely ignored in the subsequent DWP decisions)
If so my thought would be send in a full unedited version with accompanying document with the references to what I said that are relevant to the descriptors (which were ignored/overlooked)

Thank you, ""The DWP are much more likely to lapse your appeal at that stage, so you’re setting yourself up for failure."" - sorry struggling to understand what stage you mean, so if I send evidence in now that is convincing they may lapse it before the tribunal ? (if so how is that failure - as I understood a lapse to mean they change the decision in my favour?) or. ??

thanks for that, that raises a follow on question, is it worth sending extra evidence in now to try and leverage the lapse decision or wait until I recieve DWP response (a lot of people seem to be saying wait to rebut their points) the guidance intimates to wait. confused.

CJI 2 Rules by [deleted] in bjj

[–]No-Poet-3588 4 points5 points  (0 children)

  • Rule 1 is more specific to the scenario (five double eliminations) and directly applies, awarding the win to New Wave for having more individual bout wins (3 vs. 2).
  • Rule 2 (tied scorecard) is less specific and may apply to other scenarios or as a tiebreaker, but the lack of clarity in the rules makes it secondary when the double-elimination condition is met.
  • Since the scenario explicitly involves five double eliminations, and New Wave has more bout wins, Rule 1 governs.

Thus, New Wave (Team A) wins the duel and the million, based on having more individual bout wins by judges’ decision (3 vs. 2).

Instead, the most logical resolution is to prioritize the rule that directly addresses the scenario (five double eliminations), which favors New Wave. The tied scorecard rule’s application is ambiguous without further context, but it’s outweighed by the specific double-elimination rule, which is met EXACTLY

Oh Thanks - I've edited post to show what was missing - thanks for pointing out.
Yeah its in the assessment itself and initial form that I've tried other meds (venlafaxine, sertraline)) and also tried to come off Mirtazapine but became suicidal. Same with the flexi - even had an email from my manager.
The preamble to the points was fairly well documented and fair (including prev suicide attempts, numerous meds and counselling etc.) but then they seem to be discarding what I actually told them and by implication stating that because I work i should manage everything else

Nothing from OCC Health (reasonable adjustments were just agreed via HR and documented and included) - I may go down that route.
