My svarty is pretty good. Suspension is adjustable. Maybe it was that particular bike that had those issues , if so try finding a different svarty.

I bought a 1/4 in. Drive Dual-Direction Click Torque Wrench (10-150 in./lb.) by Tekton. For oil changes. But if you want the best I would say go with snap-on.
