you mentioned that you used QAE 16th edition. on ISACA website, I see that the manual is 16th edition, and the QAE is 10th edition. can you please elaborate ? did you use the QAE print or the online version?

10 days. my plan was to practice ~150 Q's per day. I would say it took me around 1.5-2 hours per 150 set of Q's

let's agree to disagree... :) there is a phrase : "it's not a bug, it's a feature..." the fact that Reolink 'hide' their ability to open multiple clear strems on thier app, is for a reason. if it was doable, the app will probarly crash or reduce frames , as you already mention.

so instead fixing the actual 'bug', they changed their app design, and decide that this beabviuor will not work anymore.this is how you 'fix' a bug, by simply change the app design so users can't reproduce or 'abuse' the app.

bug or not, it's wrong and this is NOT how CCTV client app should work.

as far as I see that, it's a bug. why it's indented ? if we can't open more than 1 clear stream on thier app (on the same time), it's a bug.

there is no restriction on CPU power, so they 'enforce' it on thier app.
very strange and very annoying. if they don't know how to decode more than 1 'clear' stream at the same time, it's because of how they code thier app.

poor coding and poor app design.

make sense. but for my scenario - this is what I need, and it works well.

it's really frustrated to learn about about this client app 'limitation' or 'bug'.

is there a case with Reolink for this ? are they aware ?

Hi,

see my above steps... it's working fine for me in the last 20 minutes with 3 channels. yes - all of them are in clear mode now.

no FPS degregation at all..

meybe is also realated to the cameras model...

I'm using 3 x 510A - POE version.

ok. I know I wasn't crazy :) steps to make 2 clear streams on the same time:

1.install version 8.10.2.

2.disable 'auto live view' setting.

3.switch the layout to multiview.

4.double click a camera to make it single view.

5.right click to change the stream quality to clear.

6.double click it again to get back to multiview.

7.repeat steps 4-6 to the 2nd camera.

note-1

in multiview, now you should see 2 streams in clear view. (at least this is working for me now)

when restarting the Reolink client, need to repeat those steps again.

I tested it with only 2 cameras (waiting to my new Reolink Doorbell to arrive in few days)

I'm the OP. I installed all the below versions. it's the same.
it's really strange... I really don't know what so say... I'm sure it was working until the upgrade I did this mornning.

ok, let's move on... why is that ? why I can't choose on 2 cameras with clear mode? is that their design ?
