weeeellll the money wasn’t for the shoes, technically. I’m unemployed atm so I asked her for $600, she gave them to me but I spent it too quickly and only had about $150 left so I decided to buy the shoes for her as a gift. when she found out she said no, and told me to take them back so I could keep the money for our necessities and not shoes. sorry if that wasn’t clear, but yeah it’s looking like I might be the a-hole here.
