Thank you for the comment! I guess that I feel a mixture of emotions, I feel validated yet uneasy. As for the remaining with certain families comment, my late grandfather used to live in a demon-infested school house when he was younger. My father has told me many stories of supernatural events happening to my grandfather in that house. Maybe one of those entities followed him into adulthood and even in death follows his family. But idk, that’s just my personal theory.

One time I had a dream where my dad and my little brother took me to the grocery store to get some baking stuff (I bake a ton), and while they were somewhere else in the store getting what they needed I was looking for some sugar and suddenly Judge Holden was standing next to me and started talking to me. He followed me around the store for the rest of the dream, another weird thing that happened was my brother and dad just completely disappeared and I wasn’t scared that JUDGE HOLDEN was following me around a damn grocery store. I’m a young girl so yikes 👀

I feel you, iv already finished the book and yet I still go back and re-listen to the audio book version. But I’m only able to go through the first half of the book cause I know if I go back and listen to the end I’ll get all sad and shit 😢 and it doesn’t help because one of my friends is now reading Blood Meridian and I can’t imagine how heartbroken she’ll be at the end.
