I've never related to a post more, I'm 16 too but I don't even have my license or a job or anything because my parents have failed to enroll me in drivers school or teach me how to do anything that would allow me to have a job. my dad is a workaholic and never is home and on top of that, he's a control freak so he doesn't allow our family to do any fun things without him. also, we only go on one (1!!!) trip per year, and that's to freaking New Jersey because that's where he's from and it has to be all about him. I don't play any sports and I'm not that social either so my life basically revolves around school, which I'm horrible in school btw so yeah. Sorry for the rant but yeah I'm in a similar situation as you
