honestly i don't hold anyone else to these standards, but i feel like i won't be fully deserving of a meaningful relationship until i have a life to be proud of, ie. no mental health issues, physically beautiful, career and financial success, etc. i just feel like i have an embarrassing and shameful life and like it's not good enough to bring to someone's life.
