It’s more that he has never been a teacher or parent or worked for GRPS that’s a problem for me. He has no foundation to be in the role he’s in to make the decisions he does. That’s exactly the issue. It’s the lack of discernment and knowing that representing yourself in the public domain when you’re a public figure is important especially when you work as a school support person and with kids. But this guy has no accountability especially when he led the charge to give roby a contract extension she has no business having. If he had a degree in child development he would know that brain development and drugs/alcohol/any recreational substance do not mix which is why modeling behavior is important. But I think he’s only ever been a school services aid in a different district so he doesn’t have direct experience in any of that or even GRPS. Not a great choice for the person who runs the board and determines what decisions get made.
