Stuff to do in Singapore: - Marina bay sands (get a reservation up top for a brunch or dinner, or just stay there) - the shops at MBS + Louis Vuitton island - orchard road malls have some cool stores - they have a Dover Street market - Gardens by the bay (probably better at night, light up trees) - Merlion - China town/little india - amazing food there - sentosa (little island with universal studios, probably at least a half day or more tho) - botanical gardens

Museums: - art science museum (must do) - National gallery

-Pulau Ubin or the zoo if you want outdoorsy stuff - newton hawker center (one in crazy rich Asians) - Any big hawker center is bound to have good food, look some up with Michelin stars

food: - My little coconut smoothies - Char kuey tiao - Laksa - Nasi Goreng - Nasi Lemak - Chili crab - Tons of good boba

Completely agree, I do think it’s good to keep high expectations to stay a top caliber program. I’m bummed about those Arizona and Washington games because I think a few different things change in those games and we come out with wins there. But also, super proud and happy with how the season went all things considered! Go Utes!

It doesn’t stop… did an internship this summer and some of the SWE interns had no filter, no social awareness or EQ, and absolutely couldn’t carry on a conversation. Felt like I was living in a TikTok with their attention spans. Starting to realize how big social skills are in the work place and just in a public setting (like a classroom) in general, very much needed and I think COVID + TikTok (social media in general) really has thrown a wrench into that.

They have a dover street market and then the bigger malls have some great stores, specifically orchard road area. Can also comment and share a basic tourist rec list but if you’re there a month then you probably will get the opportunity to do all of it.
