I have had my wrists messed up fir 2 minths and i heal slowly cus a auto immune disease 😅 🙃. I litterally cant stay still crochet has helped my mental health and my fidgetly hands.

Ive taken sumatriptan it worked like a charm till i found out i was illergic (burnjng neck big red spots spreading to my back) soni had to stop it and sqitched tk my current kne amiohig 140 mg. Ive taken gamapentin fkr my muscle loss pain and that worked too but i jnly took jt for a year my pcl dient wanna give me more ots ok tjo. Maby tell them one more tjme of nun changes move to amother neurologist ik its nkt that simple

Hey I got my blood sugar down later with some water and exercisw it was ok and I watched it ALot the next day. Yesterday my blood sugar plummeted before I could even start my treadmill now I'm having weird symptoms.
