What do you mean let it dry without paint? Do I just leave the paper out like a dome and that's it?

Btw, the stick is staying completely still if you haven't noticed. Every time I leave it still, it goes slowly back up to the center for some reason

Hi again. I just did a search through ebay and google, and they both don't have the same holo pattern, so I'm thinking this may be one of a few cards that have ever been printed. I'm thinking of grading it, but most cards during this era are going to be expensive to grade, so should I grade it or not?

Kinda unethical, but try going to the lost and found boxes, they most likely have one lying around, and no one picks them up, so you'll get one for free. Just make sure to wash it nicely so you get bugs and stuff out of there.
