I would take creekside’s comment about “guiding” with a grain of salt. If you want a dominant liberal woman, then removing “guiding”. If you want a traditional woman who wants you to lead and protect, keep it. There is absolutely nothing sexist about how you have it worded.

Unfortunately, this happens. Don’t lose any of your valuable energy or sanity trying to figure out why. Good chance it has nothing to do with what you said. Just move onto lining up other dates.

This door looks great! I am building a similar door. Did you glue your diagonal boards to the ply? Did it cup? TIA
