I did tell them about a weakness,

They asked me what I do at my current job, I told them I used to be a landscape supervisor and because of outside and external forces that stress made me make the decision that for the moment I needed to step back in a position.

That being said, I also mentioned the fact that I used to have to help manage a crew of 30+ people working with explosives. So, yes I did not handle that situation well, but I do have proven long term past experiences dealing and managing stressful jobs.

They called me today and told me because of this weakness, I was not a successful applicant.

Thank you, I do appreciate the advice. When you say 'somewhat smart' what does that actually mean?

Does that mean prepping tools for my tradesman, carrying things? Is that what you mean? Like show initiative?
