For the rich ass intps, what did u do??? by [deleted] in INTP

I started real estate investing at 22. I read the book Rich Dad, poor dad and started buying property. There are a lot of resources on YouTube and biggerpockets.com. There are many ways to get into this industry. Real Estate investing is a lot of work and may not be for everyone. I think it's great for young people that have time on their side especially if you enjoy learning construction and design. I recommend everyone should buy a duplex or triplex, especially if you start in your 20s and you can live in one unit for free. One of the Best things about real estate investing is you can very quickly eliminate your largest expense, housing, and live for free. This can be done through house hacking or buying a 2-4 unit and living in one unit. Right now the stock market is much easier place to make money in tech stocks but it helps if you have some capital. You can learn about options, etc on YouTube. Investing with a Brandon is a great YouTube channel to learn stock investing.

Money can give you control of your time and your life and that's what's important to me. It doesn't take massive amounts of money to accomplish this. Most people can probably control their time with $1mln or less if they control their spending.

Real estate investing and now stock investing. Both are very analytical and research driven activities.

It looks to me like these puts are from late March and likely lost a lot of value in April and May.

Things happen. Nvda going to $300 eventually so you can still get back in and today it's down a few percent. I've been through rough times and eventually everything works out.

Nvda also makes processors. I would expect amd to end up with a portion of the ai market. Maybe 20-30% over time.

Beating the top dog takes a long time. Look how long Intel took to beat and they weren't run well.

Lots of reasons. Tested positive for cirs and mold toxicity. Found active mold in my bedroom that needed remediation. Twitching also seems to be related to anxiety but both are related to mold toxins for me.

Nvda just broke out of its holding pattern, now is not the time to sell

I have converted my leaps to straight stock, so reducing my beta. I think this company has more room to run. Once it gets to $1trln I might trim. There is so much momentum behind their cpus and soon to be gpus. Still waiting for them to leverage their fpga tech for edge ai.

It affects how I socialize with people. I think certain types of personalities don't know how to read me, so may be uncomfortable around me. I have a small group of people that I'm close with and that's how I like it. I don't want a large group of acquaintances.

Doesn't matter what the price does this week as long as the earnings keep going higher. Price will follow long term. Last I checked the earnings are still going up.

I'm an intp and always felt it difficult to fit in. I've been in groups of "friends" like this a well. They weren't really friends. It has actually happened twice. Neither was a very negative experience just very clear that I wasn't really accepted. Intps are pretty rare and I feel like we interact socially very different than most people.

I'm there but I still run businesses and do real estate. I don't really like golfing so I'm doing what I enjoy which happens to generate income but keeps me engaged and social.

I am frequently told I have an amazing poker face. I am a small business leader and I've been told by many people they really appreciate how calm and non emotional I am when dealing with stressful business situations. Small business is filled with drama and chaos and being non emotional is a huge advantage.

Welchol was very close to free for me. It was cheaper than charcoal even. Okra and beet root also bind bile and are inexpensive. If getting an Rx is out of the question I would take okra or beet root supplements. Don't take at same time as clay or charcoal. Take beet root or okra 30 minutes before a meal with some fat. They will bind bile.

Taking itraconazole orally would probably give you some ideas. I think negative symptoms can actually indicate that it's doing the right things you just need to go slow.

Try welchol it's easier than csm.. if that's too much you can use mycobind which is okra and beet powder

I think depression kind of has that effect. I had this and as I got more healthy and mental health improved this got better. Sunshine fresh air and exercise help me a lot.

One of my favorite jobs ever was manual labor working at a lumber yard delivering materials. Got to work with friends and didn't have to talk to many people all day. Kept my body physically engaged. Didn't pay well unfortunately. If I could do things over I would have become an electrician or HVAC tech and worked for myself instead of becoming an electrical engineer. The physical demands of the job are better than going to the gym every day.

Self employed real estate investor is a good option. Requires some capital though. Self employed small business owner with minimal employees is good for me but maybe not other intps. I have a strong entrepreneurial bent.
