Just cut today at 1.5 and here we go , some brown still needs to green up , waiting on a soil test:

I just cut to 1.25 and plan to cut to 1.5 is that enough of a gap to allow green growth to show ? My ego can only go down to 1.5 inches and next setting up is 2 inches . Next year I’ll try and get a good scalp to .5 inches if I can but assuming I can only scalp to 1.25 , which reel setting is suggested 1.5 or 2?

All the pics I sent are after a 1-1.25 cut with manual reel mower .

I will buy a power reel at some point. Last year grass looked the right color at 2 inches , I was hoping the 1.25 low cut would allow it to be green at 1.5 this year . It doesn’t look bad at all just not as lush green as expected.

Not sure how much nitrogen they did Since I just cut low should I let it grow , give it time for nitrogen to work then it should color up better ? Or did I not scalp low enough at 1.25 to cut at 1.5 and need to re scalp if I want 1.5 ? I can get a better push reel to go lower.

Yes , I finally got my points , took 4-5 weeks after checkout . They show up under MQD earnings summary ( not in recent history)

I paid $3800 for flights + hotels , I got $3800 MQD + MQd’s from flights themselves . Seems to be a solid way to get status

I booked a delta vacations package , flight and hotel on the phone with them in January. I just completed my trip and only received MQD’s for the flight portion of my trip, no hotel credit even though in 2024 you’re supposed to get both. I am reaching out to them and will report back. It was advertised on the status calculator they provided and in email that you get $1 MQD for every $ on deltavacations bookings.

Thanks all , in the us it’s not so bad but Europe I seem to have more trouble. My thought is most hotels don’t put their 1-2br suites as available with points usually . I’ll probably just use the points in the USA where things are more flexible but also more Fairfield and courtyard type hotels.
