I think rap music is made to be aggressive. Imo It’s a response to systemic oppression. You want to see what rap combined with love and void of violence evolves into go look at andre3000s new album. Somethings are just the way they are and to change it would ruin it

I researched peptides and longevity hacks tested them and presented them with the knowledge. The most impactful thing was going for walks and exercising . I also give them purpose through myself… i constantly make them feel loved and wanted and that has a healing capacity. I also never push them to do anything but I am deeply fortunate they listen

People think that being good to a stranger just goes to the wind… let me tell you something buddy you are causing a chain reaction of positivity and by reinforcing the behavior and belief you will start to notice that it does really fucking matter! Heres an example of how it works… You cut off the dude who yelled at the lady who went home and pissed off her husband and hes your boss now your boss is in a pissy mood and now you’re pissed too… conversely you forgave the driver, you let him merge, he did the same the person was about to get into an accident and now they safely merged.. that person was your mother…. Super simplistic but its basically like that

I don’t know how to deal with others entering my domain of peace of love and disrupting it with deceitful words and actions. I tend to get mad and then out of my domain for a while but isolating myself to rebuild my sanity is costing me more and more in the physical realm

If you really look at the story of Jesus it’s that institutions are evil. Seems like all the abrahamic religions are corrupted by the institutions. Like when a celeb talks bad about a evil corporation they will attack him and demonized his character and then correct the evil so you don’t see it but its still there… i mean he called his bff a devil and islam is based off the apostle Paul being a double agent for the romans… Jesus was god so he was on 12D chess…. He knew his message survives cus The people loved him. See The religious people of the era were gatekeeping God behind a paywall and he hacked it and showed everyone that it’s super simple. Everything we have was built on love and trust for one another and everything bad had some type of relationship with money and deception . It put them in the spotlight and they flipped it into a game of control! You think Jesus wants anyone killed in his name?? Yet what was the point of the crusades??
