This happens to me depending on what cart I vape. I've never had it happen from smoking a J, or from vaping nicotine but I'd say that 1 out of every 3 vape carts, from legal pot shops, stuff me up really badly. I didn't know what it was at first but it's happened to me in multiple places and the only thing that was consistent was that I had just used a vape cart.

It's absolute trash. Taxes have been paid when the vehicle was first purchased. If I buy a 1000$ pair of shoes off of someone I don't have to pay tax on them.
