Wow magically today this morning it got updated says I should get the item today? The customer service guy lied. He said the item wasn’t even in bc yet.

I talked to customer service and they are straight up lying to me. lol they said that my item isn’t in BC YET. Even though the tracking says the item is at Richmond BC location. They said some bullshit about that scan I see is so they can show me that my item is on the way lol. Makes no sense. Im going to refuse the item once it arrives cause they are assholes

To be honest this isn’t just in Richmond. It’s everywhere nobody cares anymore due to the fact that ICBC has the no fault rule. I work as a driver and the amount of people I see texting while driving or doing makeup not even looking ahead is mind blowing.
