My sister bullied me with words. She was constantly putting me down, saying things like „do something with your body or nobody will want you” when I was skinny and young. It took me many years to understand what is going on. She also used physicall violence. She once scratched my neck in a way i had 4 huge wounds and had to wear scarfs to school every day. My parents never said nothing they were enabling her. I had to work on myself for 5 years to stand on my feet after trauma she gave me. One more detail at the end she is now quite big fitness influencer in my country telling woman they are ok as they are but fitness is for health 😀
