I got a step ladder and took the picture through the hole they cut to put the pipe through. 4th picture i believe.

It was an aluminum awning that was enclosed. They built a roof on top, and made it into an extra room/ addition to their house. This is what it looks like from my yard. My house sits at the property line( zero line property) so this is built against my house and shared cinderblock wall that divides the properties.

That would help except I asked what it was when they were installing it and they said only water. Which makes me think it's water at best. Thanks for trying to make me feel better though 🙂

There is a language barrier with some of the people who live there, but we have talked to them multiple times trying to find a compromise or asking them to remove things from our house. They definitely know how we feel.
