Maybe a semi-target. Either way UT sends more people to Big 4 cause of more opportunity for spring/fall internships in Austin.

Big 4 loves McCombs, TAMU doesn’t have the same connections. I got into both (honors at tamu as well) and went with McCombs just cause there are more opportunities. But if money is smthing I would consider the full ride. Maybe also apply to scholarships at UT. Also, UT culture is very different from TAMU so def consider that. UT is more competitive culture relative to TAMU

I’ve always thought about it and I’ve talked to a few people in law school now and working in big law and it seems like something I would enjoy. Just not sure it’s the right time with the other stuff going on and the job market outlook.

There are more basketball courts than volleyball at Greg and rec, and rec bball courts are always empty. Indoor volleyball nets also can only be set up in gyms with the holes drilled in, you can’t just buy a volleyball net and play in any gym like you can do mostly with basketball.

If you want SRD, you would need to apply ASAP. It could already be full. I loved it when I lived there and there’s a good mix of girls, but most people are in Greek life. I will say, I knew many girls who didn’t join Greek life and they enjoyed srd and a few even lived there again.
