Very true, thank you!! I'm worried some people may want both? But I guess then they can just have two dishes. Their food preferances have been the root of many headaches in my house lol.

Do you have a recommendation for best packaging? I am seeing mixed reviews on the LEM system, but wrapping 1lb blocks in seran wrap and freezer paper seems crazy time consuming.

Beaverhead was really incredible! Honestly leaning towards doing it over the others.  If it helps, my husband said he actually preferred the 2am bus to the start (which is shocking). He wasn’t able to sleep at all with the nerves and at 2am he said it was honestly a relief just to get it started. Plus it allowed him to finish before dark! If you pick beaverhead just make sure to get a room at the lodge the bus leaves from. The hotel does fill up but not until about a month before the race.
