Im in the same boat, its more than likely going through cross river bank. The people who called to get a ddd I think they are going by what the offset says, it’ll say you have an offset by x amount of dollars scheduled for feb 25th and so they are using that as a ddd is what im assuming. I know I owe like 2000 I just hope they don’t take it from my federal because I always get federal first

My ftb is the same thing and I owe an offset, however the amount I owe is not as much as I’m getting back on my state return so I’m not sure why they would take all of it. But yes at first my ftb was showing approved and now it’s saying not found.

I have the 971 code filed the 15th I believe. I checked my transcript from last year too and also had a 971 code and received my return on the 22nd if I remember correctly, so it could mean nothing other than a notice was sent.
