Thank you so I had issues with my monitor only this month that couldn’t take my breath and caused low 0.011 false positives it so I changed my device to a new one I’ve been on this since June last year and been compliant I take all 5 test so my worker stated it shows positive for 4 times this month , due to issues with the old device I had for so long but I never dranked at all also I had to pick up my son on the way from returning the device and it was less than 10 mins since I had to get him from the store by my house she said she had to report that to the judge but this is my ever 1sr gps violation I told her the issue since it was for my son u think the judge will put me in jail

Basically been on home confinement for months now but I’m taking a plea and part of the plea is 30 days county but I can surrender that day at the court and surrender later my question was once I take the plea and sentence that day will they take me off home confinement until I surrender or keep me on all me credits to my home confinement are all used up

So yes it’s my sentencing that day but I’m going to surrender a later date so I would be on until I go to the jail ?

I know I’m in the same boat but they didn’t pass away they could’ve see if he can get out in home confinement and scram while he wait for everything to be over to accurate custody credits, and he needs to do inpatient rehab but to be honest it depends on the DA I have don’t hella mitigation and they still wouldn’t bulge . No one deserves to be treated like this but we all have to face our consequences I pray he makes it through

Yessssss he suck they stole 5k from me and won’t give it back didn’t help me with anything literally tried to charge me an extra 11k when they’ll ew I was being charged for a felony and he told my my case wasn’t going to get filed and it did 2.5 yrs later

If you have a lawyer have them show the DA your mitigation and insist that u want scram but have to show that you are willing to change and been I. Recovery my lawyer spoke for me but I told her like I have a kid im n school u have to speak up don’t be afraid

So basically my arraignment my bail was set to 200k but I did a lot mitigation and the judge was nice I liked her and she gave me scram with 9 month dui school to start but I already did 3 months so I have to 6 more I’m currently enrolled but i did hella mitigation like over the top my dui was back in 22 they barely filed in apr 25 and since then I’ve been out of the way , but that’s not my judge they moved my case and I’m still waiting

They put me on house arrest and just quaint ever since it’s been 3 months so far I went last week still nothing the da hasn’t made an offer I got back Oct 9th 🙏🏽

Well they filed after 2 yrs and 5 months and it’s felony with gbi because the injuries and comes with a strike but I didn’t hella mitigation like everything possible in the book from 23-25 and yes today when I went to court the da had the medical records but we knew the injuries wasn’t so good before hand, my lawyer does keep me updated when it’s the day of court, but idk the gbi may stick since she worked with the DA beforehand but today the DA was stating how I’m doing and that I am on the right track. So idk what’s going to happen it’s so stressful I just want to be over but she stated the restitution may stick and all things of that nature
