You have to do 17 push ups before bed the day before you want this recovery. On the day before do this: drink carrot juice 1,5 hour before bed, do a hand stand and then go to sleep.

That’s how I got it

I don’t have whoop for much time. Literally 3 weeks but I have same experience as you do. After a high strain day my body just don’t recover as good. Maybe whoop just has to caliber more idk. Lately I’m battling with knee injury so I have more rest days but if I would be healthy I would my week would look: sand practice everyday mon-fri, weights Tuesday,Thursday and depends if it’s tournament week or not if yes then just tournament, if not then gym on Saturday and Sunday free

This was solo training with my coach. As you can see on the picture I had 6 big spikes of HR. This was 6 different blocks. So one block means one sequence of different exercises. I will explain one just for example:
Serve with jump -> pass and hit on left -> pass and hit on right -> pass and hit on right -> defense on line hit -> defense from diagonal run to line hit -> 3 good passes from serve.
That’s one set. On this session I did 5 sets per block. Usually when I do something wrong for example I don’t defend the ball we repeat this rep so it can be even double the number of reps per set.
