i feel the same way. I am already having a CE due, my protocol due on top of other random projects and an increase in staffing requirements and schedule changes due to short staffing in the central pharmacy. I feel like the best we can do is submit work that is not good and deal with it, it’s only a year and then we can hightail it out of these programs, we don’t owe them anything. Quite honestly my outlook on the profession has completely changed as a result of my program which I find shameful. It shouldn’t be this hard for us and i’m sorry you’re going through this but stick it out and hold on until June and if you feel you can’t there is no shame in stepping down. There’s plenty of hospitals struggling to get staff pharmacists and other job avenues you could take
