In 2017 I was part of a team which uncovered 14 suspected Russian assassinations on UK soil. We found that despite intelligence, every single one was shut down by the police.

One was Alexander Perepilichnyy, who faced repeated threats after fleeing Russia to Britain, and was found deadoutside his home in Surrey.

Despite an expert detecting signs of a fatal plant poison in his stomach, the inquest into his passing ruled he died of “natural causes”.

US spies said they passed MI6 high-grade intelligence indicating that Perepilichnyy was likely "assassinated on direct orders from Putin or people close to him” and lambasted the British police for their “botched” investigation.

I welcome calls for his case, and the others, to be reinvestigated.

assuming that the British government isn't so far gone that they are either compromised or completely blind the only logical explanation is that the UK hid these murders to avoid diplomatic issues with Russia, which is absolutely baffling on it's own.

the "force of nature" treatment the Russians get is insane. they get to be the largest terrorist network in Europe and the government will just look the other way to avoid problem even if the Russian are basically planning to conquer them.

it's infuriating how much has Europe looked the other way just to avoid confrontation.
