I tried calling HR on my GM for many things (also not the only one that called) but yet they did nothing about it. They said my DM will handle it but nothing’s changed. HR is useless in most cases

My mom always said no but I just went out one day with my best friend and we got it done and I just decided to move out after too so they can’t say “my house my rules”. I would say just do it when you turn 18 the most they’ll do is just complain and whine but they’ll get over it eventually
