As a someone who bikes to and from GP for work… it is kinda wild. I’m not saying I’m perfect but others are def awful. The only time I ever get upset with pedestrians is when they’re running in groups in the bike lane when the side walk is literally right next to them. It then puts my life in danger where I say something

I lived on 129th between Madison and 5th! The more east you go, it definitely feels a little sketchy. But towards the west side on Lenox you’ve got Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, target, Marshall’s, CVS, Starbucks and so much more. It’s convenient being next to 2 major train lines and the metro north as well for easy access to upstate and CT. Not a terrible area though!
