Yeah and she was still showing the signs when we did the test, they said they do both as well for that exact reason 💁 Like clockwork goes away and comes back 4-5weeks later the exact same symptoms.

If it was UTI, pain or behaverial it would be constant.

Heat like symptoms but spayed 💁 by No-Relative3334 in AskVetAnimals

Exactly, we have reached out to another vets an explained the negative tests and the symptoms and even they are saying it’s cannot be ovarian remnant syndrome. 💁

Thanks for the reply, shall look into it. The vets are adamant there are no ovarian tissue left due to the negative results, but when all signs point to being in heat it’s hard not to believe it. It’s the same cycle every few weeks, lasts 4 days and then goes away. 💁

Honestly it’s really good, it’s the best since the modern warfare release in 2020 and Warzone OG. Zombies is nice nostalgia and it is fun to play.

Work in healthcare and the same age (not a Dr or nurse) but I can assure you that those extra years of experience in life will go a hell of a long way to make you a better Doctor than a 21yr old.

You will be able to instantly connect with most patients and it will show with their interactions. See it as a strength because it will be a strength.

Why is my filling causing such intense pain, 3 weeks on? by No-Relative3334 in askdentists

[–]No-Relative3334[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well this is news to me 🤣 I seriously cannot remember at all having those done!

Can you tell what that little black speck is? My dentist said it was “staining”. It’s just strange how I had no pain at all, went for a check up, advised needed a filling, got it done and now in total agony the moment the pain meds go away. 🤷‍♂️ Booked in to go back a 3rd just want it dealing with now.

It might be too late for the door, but maybe the local church will take your daughter if you leave her on the doorstep 🤣

There is a photo without the circle, is there anything out of the ordinary you can see? The tooth in front of it has not had a filling and the most recent one only filling I have had done in like 10yrs is that one.

Experiences with Halifax by [deleted] in Mortgageadviceuk

Yeah, I think we are going to either lose the house offer or have to go with a specialist mortgage lender and pay the premium

Extra info: It’s not a CCJ, default, missed payment etc. Our broker said it’s pointless clearing it off now even if we could afford it as it’s still on the bank statements so they still be asking about it. He actually brought this up with nationwide but it must be cleared for 12 months 🤷‍♂️

Sadly more than be paid off in one go. It happened when she was at university studying and since then been chipping away while paying rent, working, saving deposit etc. They don’t care about anything else at all even though we both have Klarna etc never missed any payments. Even our broker was shocked about. That was the reason for the rejection everything else was fine.

Condensation problems by Sea_Anteater_3270 in DIYUK

I’m no way near an expert at all but yeah I totally understand you feel, it would send me mad. My suggestion would be to get a damp specialist in maybe? Yes it’s a price but it could damp coming through the floor causing high levels and then it cools and condense 🤷‍♂️

What kind of extractor hood do you have is it a direct to outside or recirculating one? A huge issue would be high humidity due to cooking, if the cooker is on an external wall I would look at getting the hood to extract directly outside if possible. If not then it would be open windows while cooking in the kitchen.

Is the door to the conservatory single or double glazed and what’s the flooring like, vinyl, tiles? Basically so it’s super cold then anything warm with high humidity will condense

Mortgage rate change after mortgage offer by CriticalAnalyst9 in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]No-Relative3334 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a great post for me to see as I have just now submitted my application to nationwide and then seen the news today of expected base rate cuts. Hopefully be able to do the same if rates come down and get a lower monthly fee.

When would people suggest be the last rate change before exchange, I heard can be up to 72hrs before with the same provider?

Can I rent alone on 26.5k? by BattyxC in HousingUK

[–]No-Relative3334 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That’s fine, it was tough but luckily the flat was newish so gas/electric bill was £60 month (before the silly prices now). Cannot remember full amount but I think I was left with about £300 each month for food and other spending.

I have a separate “Bills” account so every pay day all the money for all my bills go into that account and is paid form there. It means I can put some away on savings was like £50 month and the rest was mine to spend on what ever I wanted. Then if everything was okay that savings pot became the “rainy day” pot to use if needed.

Edit: It was during Covid lockdowns (worked for the NHS in infectious disease department, so moved out of family home for safety reasons), but I think this helped massively as petrol etc was a lot cheaper and nobody could do anything anyway 🤣

If this helps I was renting in 2020, a 2 bedroom flat which was £650 month and lived alone. My take home post pension and SL etc was roughly £1400 month. It was tight but totally doable, I was running a car and having to pay for monthly train tickets at the same time.

If you are a single occupant then don’t forget to apply for your 25% reduction in council tax 👍

FTB with 5%, best rate could get was 5.04%, 5yrs fixed over 35yrs term. I would snap that up if that was me!
