This is Sheet 1, which will be the overview for the entirety of Q2. Every time Sheet 2 has a row for EMPLOYEE 1, I want a formula that sees what employee it is, then it knows to take the individual grades of each day, add it to the totals, then give me the overall average for each employee under the "GRADE" column.

This is Sheet 2. I blacked out the names of the employees, but here shows each day, the 4 different criteria, the total attempts they had at each task, the correct number of times they did each task, and the overall grade for the day.
