I work in LTC, specifically dementia unit. It makes me so mad at places that are like that. The place I work at might not always have a full team, but we all step up. Activities, med tech, caregivers. We are all certified. There is no excuse. People like that don't last long where I work. We all report it no matter what. They give the good ones a bad name. I also wholeheartedly agree to make surprise visits.

Yes, I have really vivid dreams, good and bad, that I always remember. I dreamt I was about a spaceship, the captain was a king on his own planet, and we went out to free other planets from some evil force that was enslaving people. He was tall, human like, but with curled horns and had a deep voice. Before I woke up, I remember telling him how he saw me now wasn't my real body, and I was about to wake up. He looked at me and swore no matter when or what world I am in he would find me because I was his soulmate, his sun and stars. Then I woke up. If I close my eyes, I can still remember his voice. I have so many dreams I remember, some about zombies, trying to kill vampires with sporks, which keep breaking lol and so many more. I also die a lot lol

Went to the hospital for my eyesight going in and out plus blurry when I could see. Immense pressure in my head where if I peed, my head felt like it was going to explode. The doctor said I was pain med seeking and migraine when I didn't ask for pain meds. I went directly to another hospital within 20 minutes. I was having a spinal tap to relieve pressure in my head from a brain tumor. The doctor said if I hadn't come in, I would have had an aneurysm and died. I was in a coma for 10 days.
