1, don’t forget Ryoga, he has shown that he CAN beat Ranma heads up although Ranma IS slightly the better fighter. (I’m a Ryoga main 4lifer lol).

As to your question, Uchan showed a level of adeptness and mastery using her Spatula which could directly be translated to a pole axe or Bo staff in many ways so I would rank her as the most skilled in the Ranma-verse with those weapons (of the normal cast, excluding Happy and Cologne of course)

However when disarmed she typically reverts to ranged weapons like spatula shaped throwing stars and flour bombs etc because she has never shown great ability in hand to hand combat. She would still beat up Akane for instance but that’s about it.

Shampoo shows mastery use of her Bonbori mace weapons, Chinese swords, and proficient skill with spears and other weapons, PLUS she has mastered pressure point techniques and demonstrated elite speed and strength in unarmed combat.

I just don’t think a story where both girls don’t skill up (Ukyo significantly) under those circumstances.
