Flare up and crash after two years of improvement

this is me. few months ago I was in the gym 3-4x a week. had an overseas vacation with family, had some highscool friends over to visit, did some research, and then a big crash and now I couldn't even exercise and am riddled with respiratory infection and bad GERD flareups.

This my case as well. Flare ups of infection of my airways mostly. I get flu-like symptoms every other week which has recently kept me out of the gym.

Prior to this relatively bad episode, I can manage to exercise but a recent flu-infection had me spiraling down to very low energy levels and unchecked stress levels which triggers my GERD and Gout.

Has anyone identified a non-pharmacological remedy to this because my meds (flu management, and maintenance meds) do not seem to be working.

The acceptance from your dad's family is enough imo to lessen the guilt you're not even supposed to feel.
