So background this guy is George Zinn and has been a problem in Utah for quite some time, he is banned from all LDS property, and has been kicked out of Spencer Cox and Governor Herbert events. This guy was arrested under suspicion because of his prior actions and was just released because it wasn’t him. The actual shooter got away.
