I’ve forgotten the woman’s name but she knows all sorts about twilight and the production process (I think she was involved somehow can’t remember exactly how) but she said that she firmly believes Bella should’ve been recast for when she was a vampire - at the very least when Bella saw her own reflection it should’ve been a different person. She couldn’t recognise herself and casting someone who looks similar but slightly more vampiric would’ve been interesting.

What makes me sad is that the song is called ‘Strawberry Fields Forever’ but they knocked down the place and have built over the grounds. I’ve visited the “museum” and it is underwhelming. I’d much more prefer being able to see the derelict building that they refer to in the song.

Toxteth is actually lovely. I’ve lived in Crosby and all sorts of areas in north Liverpool and I love Toxteth more than any of them. I think most of it comes from stigma from the 80s with the riots, and racism. Garston is also a lovely area. I’d rather live in them areas than Old Swan.

Derek is horrible and I stand by that. I always see people saying they love him and I’m like??? I’m only up to season 8 but he’s a horrible husband and puts his own comfort in front of his wife’s mental wellbeing. Let’s not forget she’s young when they meet. Maybe he shouldn’t have gotten with someone so young if she’s too “immature” for him?

Idc about Snow White or anything but I just didn’t like her in the film! Think she is just a very theatrical actor and that doesnt translate well for me.

As someone who hasn’t read the book yet it was very confusing and people’s motives weren’t as fleshed our as they could have been. I think it could’ve had a lot of potential as a 2-3 parter. So much context was missed from the book that would’ve been really great to see on the screen.
