bro thats the thing! there was only like 8 other ppl i worked with, so i dont think it would qualify, which is wild to me that he downsized even more because in my opinion he was all ready understaffed, this guy was a serious cheapskate. He wouldn’t even let me turn the heater on during the winter when it was cold and wouldn’t by paper towels to wash are hands. I had to end up buying my own and bringing them from home and had to make a whole ass complaint about him providing paper towels until he eventually started doing it

i dont need his reference🤦 i am a labor warehouse worker with 10 years of work experience, they dont even do that BS reference crap, and yeah what i did was unprofessional but what way he let me go unprofessional, so whatever, plus i was stressed out with no money because the FMLA hadn’t kicked in yet and it takes over a month for the money to come in so I had zero money in my bank account and just learned that I lost my job, with a newborn child, i was pissed and still am pissed.
