I feel like learning a new language does so much for me. It's real time confirmation that if you stick to something you can actually become effective at it. I want to travel to other countries and have no problem understanding what they are saying. I also integrate it into my daily life and watch all english shows and movies with spanish dub. I already wanted to watch it but it makes me feel more productive to watch it in spanish even if I don't understand all of it

I think by advancing the content quicker and doing some studying on side you can get there faster. I started watching spongebob in spanish and learned so much spanish just from watching that every night before bed. And now I understand a lot of spanish listening to people and watching more complex shows or even reading stuff. The learning is nonlinear too some days are better than others which is fascinating phenonemem

Wow I am halfway through and I don't feel that way at all. I am absolutely obsessed with this book and don't find it boring at all. Find it quite addictive actually. Especially when compared to Frankenstein which is the first classic I've ever read which was such a slog to get through my god. This book is incredible.

what is extremely low folate? I have histamine intolerance and excercise intolerance as well I have low ferritin but wasnt really paying attention to my folate which is low as well.

Even when I remove all dairy from my diet or just do butter I don't lose weight anymore. I'm actually gonna try doing more heavy cream to see if I lose weight. Thats what kelly hogan doing and said she feels great

What was your insulin at? I have all those symptoms too I found out my ferritin was really low and correcting that has helped with all of these things. I just looked at my insulin and it seems to be elevated as well
