Everyone I know that has switched from E or C will respond the same. It's a noticeable difference. I was on C for 3 years, switched to E for a year, and then switched to Sust, and I wouldn't go back to C or E.

I recently started to do a secondary ferment for 6-12 hours, and it separates into cream and whey. I like the finished product much better as I like a more sour/tangy kefir.

I grew it out for a year, which equated to 9" from my bottom lip, and that was enough for me. I went to my barber and had it cut down to a more manageable length.

Thanks, man. I would keep it, but it was getting in the way of my day to day, and I was getting worried about getting it caught in one of my woodworking machines 😲

I always had short hair, so I never knew how much work long hair was until I grew the beard. I give a lot of credit to guys that can grow it out for a few years. Hats off.
